Originally from South Carolina, David has lived in Orlando for over 30 years.  A Realtor since 2013 years and a broker associate since 2018, David has worked with both commercial and residential buyers and sellers throughout Central Florida and loves to help clients find or sell their home.

A resident of the Winter Garden adjacent Windermere community, David covers not only the Windermere and Winter Garden areas, but the surrounding areas of Horizon West, Gotha, Clermont and the vacation home area near Disney World. When not out with clients or working on the WinterGardenNeighborhoodRealty.com site, you can often find David exploring Downtown Winter Garden or one of the nearby theme parks.
